How it works
Steps to make the most out of MindTrainer

As healed but hurt men ourselves, we know the challenges you might face when it comes to societal expectations, inseucrities around value and worth, and even the stigma around getting help when we are suffering. We created MindTrainer to help you find peace and clarity in your life. Our AI-guided meditations are designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental space. We know that meditation may be new to you, so here is a guide to help you get started.

Determine if you are capable of writing out what you are thinking emotionally. If not, see if you can recognize the physical sensations in your body. If not that, then we recommend our weekly guided prompts to meditate and learn from.

Once you've determine which way you wanna go, determine a prompt that you want to focus on. This could be a goal, a feeling, or a thought that you want to explore.

Choose a time that you want to spend on this prompt. 3-6 minutes are recommended at first and working your way up to around 10 minutes.

Time can be changed in your profile settings, or on the top right corner on Desktop mode.

Binaural beats are included to help you focus and relax.

Make sure you are in a quiet place and have headphones on for the best experience.

Before pressing start, decide on a position that you can hold for the duration of the meditation.

This could be sitting cross-legged, standing, having your arm straight up, or lying down.
The goal is to be comfortable but not too comfortable where you fall asleep.

Meditation can feel like a workout for your mind. It's normal for your mind to wander and for you to feel uncomfortable.

This is all part of the process and is completely normal. Just acknowledge the feeling and bring your focus back to the guide's voice.

If you want to make it easier to focus, try adjusting the voice and philosophy preferences in your profile settings.

This can help you find more material within the meditation that resonates with you.

Really focus on the prompt and the question that comes up. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the question.

The goal is to explore the question that the meditation suggests. Something may or may not come up and thats amazing.

After the meditation, we recommend that you write down any insights that came to you.

This is a great way to reflect on your meditation and see what happened. You can also write down any thoughts or feelings that you had during the meditation.
